Terms & Conditions 1x Partner – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings given below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1x Partner" or "Platform" refers to the website 1xpartner.asia and all services provided under it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account at 1x Partner and use its services.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on the platform 1x Partner.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time, including deposited funds and any winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free funds or other benefits granted by 1x Partner to members through promotions or loyalty programmes.
• "Games" refers to all forms of entertainment available on the platform, including slots, live casino, Sports Betting, roulette, lottery, and e-sports.
• "RM" or "Malaysian Ringgit" is the official currency used for all transactions on 1x Partner.

To register for and use the services of 1x Partner, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Is an individual who is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register using your own identity and not on behalf of any other person or corporate entity.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or is currently subject to any insolvency proceedings.
• Has not previously self-excluded from the platform 1x Partner or any affiliated platform.

1x Partner reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts if a member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements above at any stage, without the need to provide a reason.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the platform 1x Partner. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and account balances forfeited.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or Malaysian passport.
• Your correct date of birth for age eligibility verification.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1x Partner will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of your account password to a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team immediately.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when transactions exceed certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad and proof of the payment method used.

1x Partner supports the following deposit methods, all available in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit, no extra charges.
• DuitNow — instant transfer via phone number or account number.
• FPX (Internet Banking) — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks.
• GrabPay — via the Grab Malaysia app.
• Boost — via the Boost eWallet Malaysia app.
• ShopeePay — via the Shopee Malaysia app.

Funds deposited into the account 1x Partner you is for wagering and entertainment purposes only. 1x Partner does not pay interest on unused account balances. We reserve the right to freeze an account and conduct an investigation if any transactions show signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

1x Partner does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. If any processing fees apply, they will be clearly disclosed before the transaction is completed.

Winnings earned through fair play on the platform 1x Partner is the member's sole entitlement and may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• The member must have completed any rollover requirements associated with the bonus used, where applicable.
• The identity verification process (KYC) must have been fully completed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific situations approved by the finance team 1x Partner.
• Minimum and maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and chosen withdrawal method.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within three hours to a registered Malaysian bank account or eWallet. However, withdrawals that require manual review or involve large amounts may take up to three business days.

1x Partner is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or eWallet provider once the withdrawal has been processed on our end.

1x Partner offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover conditions for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry Period: Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

Platform 1x Partner offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, football and Sports Betting, roulette, lottery, and esports. The following general rules apply to all game categories:

• All slot and digital casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring that all outcomes are truly random and fair.
• For Live Casino games, outcomes determined by a live human dealer are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical fault.
• For Sports Betting covering EPL and Malaysia Super League football, BWF badminton, and MPL Malaysia esports — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless there is a clear system error.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, software bug or system malfunction are void and may be cancelled by 1x Partner.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 1x Partner and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of automated software, bots or any tools that manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion or cooperation between members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions unfairly.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or errors in the system.
• Use of funds derived from illegal activities for deposit purposes.
• Opening an account on behalf of or at the direction of another person.
• Any form of fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks through payment providers.

1x Partner uses a sophisticated monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities will be frozen while an investigation is conducted. If the account is found to be in violation, all winnings, bonuses and account balances may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Closure by Member: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team 1x Partner. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal. However, bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure requested by the member.

Closure by 1x Partner: 1x Partner reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Inability to verify a member's identity following repeated requests.
• Instructions from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, 1x Partner reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance while the investigation is ongoing. Any balance found to be clear will be returned to the member.

1x Partner is committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, accessible directly through your account:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a deposit limit based on your financial means. This limit takes effect immediately once it has been set.
• Bet Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can wager within a given period.

Members acknowledge that sports betting and casino games carry an inherent element of financial risk and that winnings are not guaranteed. The decision to place a bet is entirely at the member's own discretion and 1x Partner is not responsible for any betting decisions made by members.
